Coach Mike Miller (9/10)
I grew up in a basketball family, and have played or coached basketball my entire life. I played college basketball at Williamson College of the Trades in Media, Pa. After college, I coached both JV and Varsity boys basketball at Rising Sun High School. I thoroughly enjoyed coaching at the high school level. I love the game of basketball and look forward to teaching players this fun and exciting sport.

I played basketball at Ursinus College. Coached 10 years Varsity basketball in New Jersey. Additionally, I have coached in the Forest Hill recreation program for 3 years. I’ve enjoyed working at summer camps throughout the years. Looking forward to working with the Maryland Mustangs to develop players individually and as a team!

I have enjoyed coaching for the past five or so years. For me, being called “coach” is a real privilege and a title that I hold with great responsibility. My main goals are for each player to become loyal teammates, to exemplify good sportsmanship, to play with heart, and to take the losses with the wins. I’m not one to watch the scoreboard, but rather, a coach who emphasizes effort. My hope is that my players will not strive to be the best on the team, but to be their best for their team.
